Senior Corporate / Transactional Attorney
Position: Senior Associate / Counsel/ Partner
Compensation: Transparent, formula-based structure
A highly regarded boutique law firm in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Corporate / Transactional Attorney to join its growing team at the Senior Associate or Counsel Level. For candidates with a book of business, immediate partnership will be considered. Known for its complex transactional and litigation work, the firm represents a diverse client base including high‑profile individuals, investors, institutional clients, and Fortune 500 companies.

The firm has a headcount of approximately 40–50 attorneys and has been recognized as a Tier 1 Best Law Firm. Key Responsibilities
Handle a wide range of corporate transactions including:
- M&A
- Entity structuring
- Debt/equity financings
- General corporate advisory work
- Collaborate with a lead partner driving the firm’s transactional growth
- Engage in strategic initiatives and client relationship building
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate/transactional matters
- Prior experience at a top regional or Big Law firm is ideal
- No portable book required - candidates with strong upside are encouraged to apply
- Interest in business development is welcome, but not mandatory
