Corporate Accountant

Corporate Accountant - You''ll be a key part of the accounting team, working closely with the AP and Treasury groups. While the core responsibilities are daily and month-end close tasks, there is room for growth as the company continues to scale. Our culture values self-starters who can problem-solve independently and identify process improvements proactively.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare daily and weekly cash, AP, and general journal entriesPerform balance sheet and cash reconciliationsPrepare standard accruals, expense reclass entries, and other month-end close journal entriesConduct weekly reconciliations to support internal reporting needsCollaborate cross-functionally with AP and Treasury teams on refunds, checks, and related itemsProactively identify process improvements and automation opportunities within existing workflows and workbooksRequirementsBachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field3-5+ years of relevant accounting experience, including hands-on journal entries and reconciliationsStrong US GAAP knowledgeAdvanced Excel and Google Sheets skills — comfortable working with large datasetsExperience supporting month-end and year-end close processesStrong English communication skills (C1 level minimum)Self-starter with process improvement mindsetNice to HaveExperience with Sage IntacctBig 4 backgroundSOX controls experienceExposure to AP or Treasury functions
