Job Description About the role Job Title: Manager, Corporate Account Works closely with and have impact on: Sales, Commercial Excellence, Customer Support, Marketing Reports to: Sr Manager Business (Zone 4) and Head, Corporate & Strategic Accounts Function: Sales Work Location/Site : HMIN Role Overview Responsible for all sales activities in assigned area. Manage quality and consistency of the product and service delivery.
Ensures attainment of company sales goals and growth. Duties and Responsibilities Sales Activity Present and sell products to current and potential customers With the support of Strategic Accounts Head – Identify sales prospects and contact those accounts Follow up new accounts and referrals resulting from field activities in assigned accounts. Establish and maintain relationship with existing customers and prospective customers Identify and resolve client concerns and involve concerned person/function as per requirement/s.
Attend regular OR and provide necessary clinical support to initiate usage and provide support wherever there is a need for continued usage in these accounts. Strategy Planning / Market Development With guidance of BM, prepare action / strategy plans and schedules to meet the target Plan, organize or participate activities in events such as seminars, congress, CMEs Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge Regular and Irregular Reporting Prepare a variety of status reports, including activities, closings, follow-up, etc. Others Follow-up for collections of payment Other duties as assigned Requirements Experience Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience in the sales function in the field of ophthalmology in the assigned area, Comprehensive knowledge in business practice in IOL, good organization and administrative skills, excellent attention to details, high degree of professionalism and integrity is essential, ability to demonstrate initiative and leadership, ability to persuade and influence others.
Skills/Accreditations Excellent skills on MS Word, Excel, Power point etc Academic Qualifications Bachelor's or Master’s preferably in Science or Optometry Travel requirements As per business requirement
