Job Description Under general supervision, this position requires the ability to work within established policies and procedures to accurately perform all duties required to convert documents from a hard copy to optical image. Emphasis on accuracy and quality of images; requires attention to detail, knowledge of procedures, and meeting production standards. Maintenance of storing hard copies and/or conversion from hard copy paper to electronic file: Duties also include, working in a warehouse setting for file and box records maintenance and organization, document destruction and assist with maintenance of property.

Responsibilities Receive and reconcile deliveries of incoming and outgoing boxes and/or files, load and unload boxes, documents, and/or files generated by departments. Prepare documents for scanning and distribution. Work to be performed in a warehouse and office setting.

Responsible for achieving ongoing internal and external customer satisfaction by consistently prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, and assembling document projects accurately in a timely manner. Adheres to confidentiality and security of all documents in accordance with company policies and procedures. Maintains accurate production accurate logs and prepares reports to meet production standards.

Manage a clean, orderly, and safe environment at office and warehouses. Includes hardware performance maintenance. Generate supply orders and deliveries to the warehouse/office.

Leads and participates in routine work assigned to team and temporary staff. Communicates timely and effectively; in person, e-mail, mail, and phone to handle business processes, questions, or fulfillment requests. Follow written and verbal instructions.

Will work with a variety of programs such as Clarity, various document imaging software, mail management, and Microsoft Office, etc. Able to work in warehouse environment with various working conditions. Operate warehouse equipment such as a pallet jack, ladders, step stools, shelving materials, etc Efficient in all areas of Imaging - Mail processing and distribution, document preparation, QA, import/export of files, scheduling scanned document destruction.

Maintain accurate productivity and statistics, and timely reporting to management. Ability to meet and exceed performance/production standards. Adheres to all company and department guidelines Assist in the training of team members when needed.

Participate on special assigned projects. Act as back-up for other departmental functions. Be able to consistently work under pressure and meet aggressive timelines.

Provide high production totals while maintaining a low error percent margin. Must be a committed and dependable team player. Carry out any reasonable request by management of which the employee is capable of performing.

Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Work environment: Able to work in warehouse setting during Extreme Cold, Indoor: Exposure to temperatures typically below 32 degrees for periods of more than one hour which are not weather related. Extreme Heat, Indoor: Exposure to temperatures typically above 100 degrees for periods of more than one hour which are not weather related.

Physical Requirements: Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Must possess excellent organizational skills. Must have good written, verbal & communication skills.
