Role Overview:
Our firm is currently seeking a Coordinator, Digital Marketing, in our Business Development & Marketing department, reporting to the Manager, Marketing & Communications. This role will support the firm's digital communications and client engagement initiatives, with a primary focus on client event marketing. Reporting to the Manager, Marketing & Communications and working closely with colleagues across Business Development & Marketing, this role coordinates the planning, execution, and reporting of email marketing campaigns that support client events, webinars, sponsorships, and other firm initiatives.
Working closely with the Events & Client Experience team, Business Development professionals, and the firm's CRM administrator, the Coordinator helps ensure that communications reach the right audiences through effective audience segmentation, list management, and campaign execution.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Email Marketing & Event Communications
- Coordinating the execution of email marketing campaigns supporting client events, webinars, sponsorships, and other firm initiatives.
- Creating, building, testing, scheduling, and deploying event communications, including invitations, reminders, confirmations, logistical communications, and post-event follow-up materials.
- Maintaining campaign schedules and communication timelines to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are completed on time.
- Conducting quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy, branding consistency, functionality, and compliance with firm standards.
- Monitoring campaign performance and engagement metrics, preparing reports and insights to support continuous improvement.
- Supporting the development of templates, processes, and best practices that enhance the efficiency and consistency of digital communications.
CRM & Event Support
- Working closely with the CRM administrator and Events & Client Experience colleagues to support the development of targeted invitation lists for client events and sponsorship activations.
- Assisting with audience segmentation, contact list refinement, data validation, and quality assurance activities to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Supporting RSVP tracking, registration monitoring, attendance reporting, and related event communications processes.
- Preparing attendee reports and participation analyses to assist stakeholders with event planning and follow-up activities.
- Contributing to the development of reporting and insights that support event strategy and client engagement initiatives.
Social Media & Digital Channel Support
- Supporting the execution of social media campaigns promoting client events, sponsorships, thought leadership initiatives, and firm announcements.
- Assisting with the development of pre-event promotional content and post-event recognition or recap communications.
- Assisting with website content updates, including event listings, publications, biographies, news items, and related marketing materials.
- Providing project support for content marketing initiatives, newsletters, thought leadership campaigns, and other communications projects.
The successful candidate must have the following education, experience and/or demonstrated skills:
- College diploma or university degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, event marketing, or a related role.
- Experience supporting email marketing campaigns, event communications, CRM initiatives, or client engagement activities is considered a strong asset.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Concep, Vuture, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar) and CRM platforms (InterAction, Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar) is an asset.
- Familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms, and digital analytics tools is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to execute high-volume communications accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000
