The project is a major cultural and heritage development, involving a new public building, cultural facilities, and the restoration of multiple protected historic properties, Ca. โ‚ฌ100M in value. Our client has a strong reputation for delivering complex, high-profile projects across Ireland and is prepared to offer highly competitive packages for candidates with the right experience and leadership capability.

Key Responsibilities: Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of a landmark commercial construction project from pre-construction through to completion. Lead and support Project Managers, Site Managers, and project teams to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Develop and monitor project programmes, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies where required.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, design teams, and key stakeholders throughout the project. Monitor project performance, reporting regularly on programme, commercial performance, quality, and project milestones. Oversee procurement strategies and coordinate with commercial teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.

Support the resolution of technical, contractual, and operational issues as they arise. Candidate Requirements: Degree qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline. 10+ years' experience within the Irish construction industry, with significant experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager position. Proven track record delivering large-scale commercial, mixed-use, healthcare, education, or high-value building projects.

Strong commercial awareness with a sound understanding of construction contracts and project financial management. Excellent leadership skills with experience managing multiple project teams and senior stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of Irish building regulations, construction methodologies, and health & safety legislation.

Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships. Ability to identify project risks and implement effective solutions to maintain programme and budget. To Apply: Send your updated CV to confidentially.
