Job DescriptionContracts Manager / Project Manager Walsh Windows We are currently recruiting a Project Manager to join our growing team in Limerick. Walsh Windows is a family owned and run business that has been in operation in Limerick since 1970. The company currently supplies both uPVC, and Aluminium solutions to both the domestic and commercial markets.
Due to current workload for 2026 and into 2027, we will require an additional support in managing upcoming projects. The successful candidate will take the lead on multiple projects to ensure they are completed in an efficient and timely manner. Duties Duties will include but will not be limited to the following: Receive documentation and tender submission from the estimating team for a newly secured project.
Work closely with the project design team to develop details in accordance with works requirements. Attend all design team meetings with the main contractors design team along with Walsh Designers to ensure full knowledge and understanding of co-ordinated design. Ensure raw materials are ordered in a timely manner in line with the project program.
Ensure fabrication of windows & doors is scheduled to meet site delivery dates. Engage and liaise with site team and relay all design information to them. Liaise with main contractor on site regularly and attend meetings as required.
Attend weekly internal meetings to discuss upcoming deadlines and progress to date. Capture any project variations and communicate to main contractor commercial team. Track project costs accurately and report progress to Walsh Windows directors.
The successful candidate will possess the following Successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role. Candidate must be residing in Ireland. Candidate must have construction experience.
Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative. Be proficient in Microsoft Office and have knowledge of AutoCAD. Be articulate and able to communicate well in meetings.
