Contract & Relationship Manager

Overview

In this role you own governance and oversight of complex contracts for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, supporting a major customer in London. You will monitor KPI performance, ensure subcontractor compliance, and draft standard contract documents. You’ll drive a strong customer experience while optimizing costs and pursuing continual improvements.

This position sits within the Managed Service Contracts Team and partners across stakeholders to deliver impactful, data-driven contract management at scale. A key hook is applying Danaher’s continuous improvement mindset to enable rapid, tangible outcomes in a life sciences context.

• Oversee contract evaluation and governance including KPIs
• Monitor subcontractor contract compliance and take action as needed
• Draft standard contract documents (NDAs, change controls, framework schedules)
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build loyalty
• Manage performance and financial statistics for Beckman Coulter and subcontractors
• Identify opportunities to control costs and drive continual performance improvements

• Knowledge of Managed Services with account management experience and contract performance monitoring
• Excellent customer service, business management and negotiation skills
• Experience coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong planning and organizational skills with evidence of strategic contract performance
• Understanding of public procurement and supplier management in a laboratory setting
• Willingness to travel up to 70% and hold a valid driver’s license
