Contract Recruitment Consultant

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Contract Recruitment Consultant to join our team and play a key role in developing and expanding our contract recruitment offering.

The Role

As a Contract Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across contract and interim assignments. You will work closely with existing clients while proactively developing new business opportunities, building strong candidate networks, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for contract and interim roles.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Growing and managing a portfolio of contract recruitment clients.
• Sourcing, interviewing, and assessing high-calibre professionals.
• Managing contractor onboarding, compliance, and ongoing engagement.
• Providing market insights, salary guidance, and recruitment advice to clients.
• Negotiating contracts, rates, and terms with clients and contractors.
• Achieving individual and team performance objectives while maintaining exceptional service standards.

About You

We're looking for someone who is commercially driven, relationship-focused, and passionate about recruitment.

You will have:

• A minimum of 3 years' recruitment experience, ideally within contract recruitment.
• Experience working in a professional recruitment consultancy or executive search environment.
• A proven track record of delivering successful recruitment outcomes and developing client relationships.
• Strong business development and networking skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• A proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused approach.
• The ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-moving environment.
