Contract Governance Lead Analyst – Contract Role

Contract: Initial 3-months contract with an option to permanent role

Location: Dublin (4 days onsite)

Stelfox is hiring on behalf of a client for a Contract Governance Lead Analyst to join a growing team in Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience in contract management, supplier governance, procurement, vendor management, or commercial operations.

The successful candidate will support contract governance activities, oversee supplier performance reporting, manage contract documentation, review commercial changes, and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the administration and governance of supplier contracts and related documentation.
• Track contract milestones, renewals, obligations, and commercial changes.
• Review invoices and assist with pricing validations and financial reconciliations.
• Prepare governance reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Monitor supplier performance, compliance, and contractual risks.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support contract and governance activities.
• Contribute to process improvements and governance best practices.

Required Experience

• 3+ years' experience in contract management, procurement, vendor governance, supplier management, finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
