Social Media Manager & Content Creator

CTC: ₹3–4 LPA (Based on experience and portfolio)

We're looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our brand's social media presence. This is a hands-on role that requires regularly appearing on camera to showcase women's apparel through Reels, styling videos, campaign shoots, and other brand content.

 Responsibilities

* Plan and execute the monthly social media content calendar.

* Develop content ideas and social media strategies aligned with the brand.

* Appear on camera for Reels, styling videos, campaign shoots, and product showcases.

* Coordinate with the Photographer and Graphic Designer to execute content.

* Write engaging captions and publish content across social media platforms.

* Manage community engagement, influencer collaborations, and UGC.

* Stay updated with social media trends and implement relevant ideas.

* Monitor content performance and optimize strategies based on insights.

Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience managing social media for a fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or D2C brand.

* Confident and comfortable appearing on camera.

* Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, trends, and content strategy.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.

* Strong sense of fashion, styling, and visual aesthetics.

* Creative, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
