Consultor SAP EAM/IAM - SAP S4HANA

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP EAM/IAM Consultant to support business-critical maintenance and asset management initiatives. The consultant will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Intelligent Asset Management (IAM), working closely with business stakeholders, support teams, architects, and third-party vendors to deliver enhancements, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive operational excellence.

This role will play a key part in improving SAP asset management processes, participating in project delivery, and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives

Key Responsibilities

Solution Delivery

• Design, configure, and support SAP EAM processes including technical objects, functional locations, equipment management, preventive maintenance, maintenance notifications, maintenance orders, task lists, Work Clearance Management, and Linear Asset Management where applicable.
• Support SAP Intelligent Asset Management solutions including SAP Asset Manager, SAP Business Network Asset Collaboration, Predictive Maintenance and Reliability concepts, and Asset Central Foundation.

Project & Enhancement Support

• Participate in project assessments, estimations, design workshops, testing, and deployment activities.
• Support business transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Operations, Reliability Engineering, and Finance

Governance

• Ensure compliance with IT governance, architecture standards, change management processes, and SOX controls.
• Participate in solution reviews, CAB meetings, and architecture assessments.

RequiredQualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on SAP EAM / PM experience.
• Strong experience in SAP PM/EAM configuration, functional support, and solution design.
• Experience supporting global manufacturing, mining, chemical, fertilizer, utilities, or other heavy industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of integration points with SAP MM, FI/CO, PS, RSH, and Logistics.

PreferredQualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Asset Management / EAM.
• Experience with SAP Intelligent Asset Management (IAM).
• Knowledge of SAP BTP integrations and cloud-based SAP architectures.
• Experience with SAP Service and Asset Manager (SAP/SAM) and mobile maintenance solutions.
• SAP Certification in EAM/PM or S/4HANA Asset Management.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud is desirable.
