Consultor (A) De Legal Ops

- Draft, review and manage land-related legal instruments, including rights-of-use agreements, easements, land leases, amendments, termination agreements, consent letters, powers of attorney, notices, declarations and other documents related to the development of renewable energy projects.- Manage the lifecycle of land instruments, overseeing drafting, signature collection, registrations, notations and fulfillment of requirements, ensuring deadline control and document traceability.- Review real estate documentation for rural properties, including property registry entries, chain of title, certificates, CCIR, ITR, CAR, SIGEF and other relevant documents, identifying inconsistencies and supporting mitigation of land-related risks.- Provide legal support to the Commercial, Environmental and Land teams, ensuring alignment between legal documentation and technical documentation.- Monitor land regularization processes, notary registry requirements and administrative procedures, preparing drafts, responses to requirements and providing the necessary documentation for completion.- Assist in the management of land contingencies and disputes, conducting legal research, collecting information and preparing reports and technical inputs to support decision-making.- Maintain up-to-date controls and databases, ensuring document organization, standardization of procedures and monitoring of area indicators.- Support continuous improvement initiatives, document standardization and process optimization related to management of land instruments.- Work with organization, a sense of priorities, analytical perspective and attention to detail, ensuring technical quality, legal certainty and efficiency in handling assignments.Requirements- Law degree completed with active OAB registration; - Experience and interest in real estate law is a plus; - Knowledge of ContractLaw, Corporate Law and/or Land Law.Core CompetenciesDemonstrates expertise in drafting and managing land-related legal instruments, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and alignment with technical documentation.
