Consultant - Financial Strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of economic and financial analyses and Business Plans for strategic IT projects;
• Develop financial models to evaluate investments, including scenarios, sensitivity analyses, payback, ROI and TCO;
• Evaluate commercial and financial proposals from strategic suppliers, identifying risks, opportunities and contracting alternatives;
• Support executives and client areas in decision-making by translating complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations;
• Prepare economic and financial feasibility studies for new products, services and transformation programs;
• Build comparative contracting scenarios considering financial, operational and strategic aspects;
• Participate in significant negotiations, providing analytical support to maximize value generation and financial efficiency;
• Prepare executive presentations for senior leadership, consolidating analyses, recommendations and financial impacts;
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Legal and Business areas to ensure alignment of strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields;
• Strong analytical ability and logical reasoning;
• Investigative mindset and data-driven approach;
• Critical thinking for building and validating scenarios;
• Ability to influence decisions through structured arguments;
• Ease interacting with executives from different areas;
• Strategic business perspective combined with deep financial knowledge;
• High autonomy, ownership mindset and proactivity;
• Ability to build concise, executive storytelling;
• Advanced financial modeling skills;
• Business Case / Business Plan experience;
• Economic viability analysis (ROI, NPV, IRR, Payback and TCO);
• Advanced Excel;
• Executive-level PowerPoint;
• Experience evaluating commercial proposals and supporting negotiations.
