Requirements: Position Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction, Building Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required 4-7 years' experience in commercial and/or municipal construction project management as a superintendent or similar lead role Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and safety standards Excellent leadership and organizational abilities to manage diverse teams and ensure project success Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, construction crews, subcontractors, and management Ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently as they arise on the job sites Strong technical aptitude in reading blueprints Working knowledge of MS Office Strong organizational, time management and scheduling skills Must be detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills Must be able to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities and work well under pressure APPLY NOW!
