Construction Site Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Site Manager / Construction Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple active residential construction sites. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and is confident coordinating teams and site activities.

The suzessful applicant will be responsible for supervising and managing site operations onprojects across London including Loft Conversions, Home Extensions and Full Renovation and Interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily site operations and ensure projects run smoothly
• Take a hands-on approach, supporting trades where required
• Ensure all works are completed in line with project plans & schedules
• Monitor & enforce health & safety standards
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics
• Organise and carry out deliveries of materials to site as needed (using company Van)
• Travel between sites to oversee and facilitate ongoing works (Van provided)
• Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with drawings & specifications
• Maintain site cleanliness, organisation & security
• Identify and resolve on-site issues
• Keep accurate records, including site photos and progress updates
• Assist with snagging, inspections, and final project handover

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar site management or supervisory role ideal - role is open to various levels of experience (Site-based and office-based backgrounds)
• Good understanding of construction processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work across different active sites
• Excellent communication skills - (essential)
• Excellent organisational skills - (essential)
• Hands-on, proactive, and problem-solving mindset - (essential)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Right to work in UK (essential)
• Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Saturday Site-Based 1/2 day, if required or desirable)
