What You’ll Do: · Create and Maintain program and project schedules · Analyze schedule performance and variance analysis · Develop and implement corrective action. · Verify schedule impacts associated with change requests · Work closely with Project Management and Construction Management · Monthly internal schedule reporting with performance metrics developed · Assess and analyze contractor schedule and activities and communicate recommendations to management · Perform site visits as needed ✅ What We’re Looking For: Experience with dedicated project and construction scheduling experience Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in-person Familiarity with P6 scheduling software and Critical Path Scheduling methodology Local to the greater Seattle area or willingness to relocate Bonus Points For: · Excellent verbal communication skills · Caring and professional personality · Self-motivated and pleasant to work with · Ability to connect with people and build trust · Proficient in Microsoft Office application · Bachelor degree in construction management
