We're looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day Construction field operations for a premium, growth-focused outdoor living and landscape construction company. This isn't a desk role. This is for someone who solves problems before they escalate, holds teams accountable without overcomplicating the process, and takes pride in work that's done right the first time.
What you'll own... Full ownership of Construction field operations and project execution Scheduling, manpower planning, and resource allocation across crews On-time, on-budget, on-quality delivery across the project portfolio Crew accountability, communication, and day-to-day performance Identifying and resolving field issues before they become costly rework Improving operational workflows without adding unnecessary complexity Maintaining the customer experience that a premium brand demands Reducing owner involvement in daily execution and supporting scalable growth Preferred background... Experience in landscape construction, outdoor living, hardscape, or related construction environments Strong field operations and crew leadership track record Working knowledge of job costing, production efficiency, and margin management Proven ability to lead with accountability and professionalism Comfortable building within systems... and improving them Who we are...
