Construction & Litigation Associate (Hiring Immediately)

This Jobot Job is hosted by: Established full-service business law firm handling many types of legal matters, including corporate and business law, litigation and dispute resolution, employment and labor law, and real estate and construction law. We are looking for a motivated construction and construction litigation associate with three to five years of experience to join our Construction and Insurance Recovery Department in our Seattle office. Experience across many stages of construction contracting and construction litigation including contract negotiation, dispute analysis, motion practice and trial. ~Preferred knowledge of insurance law in the construction context (such as coverage evaluation, tenders, and the legal contours of the relationship between policyholders and their insurers).
