Configuration Analyst (US Healthcare) Remote – India UK Shift Role Overview A global healthcare services organization is seeking a Configuration Analyst (US Healthcare) to support configuration activities for US health insurance plans. This role focuses on system configuration, data validation, testing, and analysis related to healthcare plan setup and maintenance. The position is remote and aligned to UK business hours , with collaboration across global and US‑based teams.
Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain healthcare plan setup, including: Benefits, cost‑sharing rules, limits, and exclusions Product and plan setup based on documented requirements Support configuration updates driven by plan changes, regulatory updates, or business needs. Analyze configuration‑related issues and assist with troubleshooting and resolution. Perform testing and validation of configuration changes, including basic regression and sanity checks.
Coordinate with QA, operations, and other stakeholders to validate configuration outcomes. Assist with documentation updates and support internal reviews or audits when required. Communicate configuration findings clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
Required Experience Minimum 2 years of configuration experience in US healthcare or insurance systems. Understanding of US healthcare plan concepts such as benefits, cost‑sharing, limits, and exclusions. Experience executing configuration changes and validating results.
Ability to analyze issues using a structured and methodical approach. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment . Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred / Nice to Have Exposure to US healthcare plans (Medicare, Commercial, or Managed Care). Experience working with plan documents or configuration requirement documents. Familiarity with healthcare operations workflows (eligibility, benefits, or plan setup).
