Compliance Analyst – Glasgow, Edinburgh, or Hybrid We’re supporting a growing financial services firm as they hire a Compliance Analyst to join their expanding second‑line Compliance function. This is a permanent role offering broad exposure across advisory, assurance, monitoring, and regulatory operations - ideal for someone looking to accelerate their compliance career in a supportive, development‑focused environment. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll play a key role in the day‑to‑day running of the Compliance Wing, including: Completing monthly sanctions checks (OFAC/OFSI) and managing attestation processes Managing the compliance mailbox and responding to queries on PA dealing, conflicts, data incidents and breaches Supporting transaction monitoring and producing monthly/quarterly reports Preparing bespoke client requests and best execution reporting Conducting Google Alert monitoring and Smart Search screening, reviewing and escalating hits Assisting with policy updates, training forms, quizzes, and HR training records Providing legal administration support including NDAs and agreements via DocuSign Conducting research and supporting advisory and assurance activities across the business This is a varied role with daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly responsibilities, plus ad‑hoc project and research work.

Working Pattern Offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow First month: office‑based for onboarding and relationship‑building After month one: hybrid , minimum 2 days in office
