Compliance Analyst London | Hybrid £55,000 - £65,000 Lloyd’s / London Market Insurance A leading London Market insurance business is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join its well established Compliance function. This role offers a key opportunity to take ownership of customer outcomes , while supporting broader compliance activities within a highly regulated Lloyd’s environment. Duties Complaints & Customer Outcomes Lead the investigation and resolution of complaints in line with FCA and Lloyd’s requirements.
Liaise with underwriting, claims and distribution teams to gather information and progress cases. Draft clear, accurate and customer-focused complaint responses. Conduct root cause analysis and produce complaints MI to identify trends and improve outcomes.
Support continuous improvement of complaints processes and frameworks. Compliance Advisory & Support Provide support on regulatory queries and compliance advice across the business. Assist with horizon scanning and regulatory change updates.
Contribute to compliance input on business projects where required. Financial Crime & Governance Support elements of the financial crime framework , including sanctions screening. Contribute to compliance reporting, dashboards and documentation.
Collaborate with wider teams including Risk, Legal and international stakeholders. Experience Required Strong complaints handling experience within the Lloyd’s or London Market insurance sector (essential). Background in insurance compliance or complaints-focused roles.
Good understanding of FCA and Lloyd’s complaints handling requirements. Strong analytical skills, with experience in complaints MI and root cause analysis. Confident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders across the business.
