Designed for a candidate with 3 to 5 years of dedicated corporate secretarial experience, this position offers significant responsibility across entity lifecycle management, complex statutory compliance, and direct board-level reporting.

Sitting within a fast-paced environment, you will lead statutory filings under the Companies Act 2014, oversee entity compliance, and manage end-to-end board support operations.

Key Responsibilities Statutory Compliance & Regulatory Filings: Lead and execute all CRO (Companies Registration Office) and RBO (Register of Beneficial Ownership) filings, ensuring full adherence to the Companies Act 2014 and regional governance standards.

Corporate Register Management: Maintain, audit, and manage digital statutory registers, entity structures, and compliance calendars using specialist Co Sec database software.

Board & Committee Administration: Independently draft comprehensive board minutes, written resolutions, and governance documentation.

Lead the compilation and distribution of digital board packs for senior leadership.

Corporate Transactions: Manage end-to-end statutory procedures for company formations, share capital reorganizations, share transfers, director/officer appointments, and constitutional updates.

Governance Advisory: Act as a key contact for statutory compliance queries, collaborating with internal legal teams, external advisors, and corporate clients to support group restructurings and annual compliance cycles.

What You Bring Experience: 3-5 years of progressive company secretarial experience within an Irish law firm, corporate service provider, professional services environment, or in-house corporate group.

Legal & Regulatory Knowledge: Practical experience with the Companies Act 2014, statutory filing procedures, and corporate governance best practices.

Systems Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CORE (Companies Online Registration Environment) and specialist statutory software (e.g., Blueprint/FCos, Diligent, or similar).

Communication & Precision: Strong legal drafting capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the confidence to interact directly with directors and executive stakeholders.

Professional Qualifications: A degree in Law, Business, or a related discipline. xyswxtq
