Roles & Responsibilities Experience in Merchant Banking activities like Public Issue, Rights Issue, Buy Backs, Delisting, Preferential Allotments, AIF Registrations etc. Practical experience of handling Listing Regulations queries Good knowledge of Listing & ICDR Regulations Liaison with Regulatory Authorities - SEBI and Stock Exchanges (BSE & NSE) Educational Qualifications & Skills Company Secretary (CS) having 6-7 years of relevant work experience with a Merchant Banking, Consulting or a Listed Company Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex transactions Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders, clients, and regulators.
