The Company

A well-established hospitality group is seeking a Company Accountant to support its finance function across multiple sites. The role involves assisting with day-to-day finance operations, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and transactional processes across two business units. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment with strong development potential.

Must have hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
• Support balance sheet reconciliations across multiple sites
• Assist with weekly cashflow reporting
• Process accounts payable and support accounts receivable activities
• Complete bank reconciliations and daily cash postings
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
• Support purchasing system administration
• Assist with cost monitoring and variance analysis
• Liaise with operational teams to resolve financial queries
• Support audit preparation and compliance processes
• Assist with ad hoc reporting and finance projects

Requirements

• Relevant qualification or studying towards (ATI, ACCA, CIMA or similar)
• Hospitality experience essential
• Previous experience in an accounts or finance role desirable
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
