Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Community Manager. The Community Manager will be responsible for building, engaging, and growing online communities across various digital platforms. Key day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling engaging content, coordinating with marketing teams to align campaigns, moderating community discussions, analyzing engagement metrics, addressing customer feedback, and identifying opportunities to foster positive brand experiences.
Qualifications Social media management, content creation, and audience engagement skills Experience with community moderation and handling customer feedback Proficiency in basic analytics tools to track engagement metrics and drive improvements Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills Ability to create targeted strategies that foster brand loyalty and online presence Keen understanding of digital trends and social media platforms Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset Previous experience with branding or digital marketing is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
