Commercial Sales Executive

Responsibilities Shadow one of our Commercial Managers for a 6‑month period, learning to sell sports media to independent media agencies and direct clients. After this period, take on the role independently. During the probation, report directly to the Commercial Manager being shadowed. After the probation period, continue to report to the assigned Commercial Manager. Opportunity for progression; upon successfully completing the probation period and gaining experience, further growth within the team is possible. Qualifications No prior experience required; training provided during the 6‑month probation period. Focus on someone eager to learn and develop necessary skills. Existing contacts or network not required; role involves developing these relationships over time. Process Interview process includes initial screening, followed by interviews with relevant team members, including the Commercial Manager to be shadowed.
