What you will do

The Commercial Quality Analyst is responsible will partner with Deliver Commercial in Nova Odessa teams to help optimize or support the end-to-end on quality process with a focus on serving Kenvue customers with excellence. Commercial Quality Analyst will perform detailed analysis with other internal quality areas to solve opportunities identified using advanced systems and process excellence tools.

This position will be based out of Nova Odessa, São Paulo in a 100% on site work scheme.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the Quality Representative for Distribution Center (DC) operations in Nova Odessa, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, GDP/GMP standards, internal procedures, and quality systems.
Provide quality oversight and support for DC activities, including storage, handling, distribution, inventory management, investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
Serve as the designated Technical Responsible Person (Responsible Pharmacist), when applicable, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements and maintaining valid licenses, permits, and technical documentation.
Ensure regulatory compliance of the Distribution Center and support inspections, audits, and interactions with health authorities and regulatory agencies.
Review and approve quality documentation related to DC operations, ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
Monitor and assess quality and compliance risks associated with warehousing and distribution activities, implementing appropriate mitigation actions.
Promote a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across Distribution Center operations and commercial activities.
Ensure product quality, traceability, and integrity throughout storage and distribution processes, including support for recalls, complaints, and market actions when required.


What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy is a must.
Solid Experience in a Quality role in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, OTC Drugs, Cosmetic and/or Food with strong technical skills.
Proficient in both written and spoken English.

Spanish is preferred
Proficient in technical writing and root cause of problem solving.
Strong analytical and technical skills.
Positive and agile mindset.
Good planning and task management.
Strong team player with good communication skills.
Experience in risk assessment process.
Deep experience with quality tools.
Strong negotiating skills.
Ability to motivate in a collaborative environment with outstanding service orientation are all requirements.
