Midlands | Permanent | Competitive Salary + Package A well-established main contractor delivering social housing and remediation projects across the Midlands is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee a portfolio of live schemes. This role offers a mix of new build, refurbishment, and façade remediation works , often within occupied environments , providing both technical challenge and long-term project stability.

The Role Oversee commercial activities across multiple concurrent projects Manage and support Quantity Surveyors and subcontractor packages Lead on cost control, valuations, and financial reporting Administer and manage JCT Design & Build contracts Handle variations, risk management, and cost recovery Work closely with site teams to ensure commercial performance on live projects Requirements Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior QS ready to step up Strong background in social housing or residential sectors Experience delivering refurbishment and/or occupied building projects xwzovoh Solid working knowledge of JCT contracts Comfortable managing multiple schemes simultaneously What’s on Offer Strong, secured pipeline of Midlands-based work Diverse mix of social housing and remediation schemes Stable business with experienced leadership team Competitive salary and benefits package
