Job Description

What You’ll Do

• Handle defense‑side commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Manage discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and case strategy
• Work directly with clients on business‑focused dispute resolution
• Collaborate closely with a team of experienced litigators in a supportive environment

Practice Areas May Include

• Commercial and business disputes
• Healthcare litigation
• Real estate litigation
• Employer‑side employment matters
• Construction‑related disputes
• Bankruptcy‑adjacent and financial litigation

What We’re Looking For

• Active Texas Bar admission
• Defense‑side commercial litigation experience
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work 100% onsite in downtown Dallas
• Collaborative, low‑ego mindset

Additional Notes

Compensation: Market competitive; no rigid bands (candidates’ expectations welcomed). Bonuses: Based on performance and billable‑hours.
