We're looking for a Commercial Learning Content Developer to join our team and help build world-class learning solutions that empower sales, service, and customer-facing teams across Hach. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional partners, subject matter experts, and commercial leaders to transform complex technical and business concepts into impactful, learner-focused training content. Location: Remote What You'll Do Design and develop high-quality learning content for sales, service, channel partners, and broader commercial teams, including eLearning modules, microlearning, facilitator guides, learner workbooks, videos, digital resources, job aids, and performance support tools. Transform complex technical and commercial information into clear, engaging, and action-oriented learning experiences that drive understanding and application. Own the full content lifecycle, including creation, updates, version control, ongoing maintenance, and retirement of learning materials.

Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced, global environment. Support the governance, organization, and maintenance of learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accessibility and usability.
