Engagement Manager/Accounts Manager (Software Solutions) Location: Atlanta, GA (onsite) Duration: 6+ months Client is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Engagement Manager with a strong background in delivery management and sales, preferably within a services-based organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, overseeing successful delivery of services, identifying business growth opportunities, and driving revenue generation through effective account and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Act as the single point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.

Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations. Understand client business needs and align internal capabilities to deliver measurable outcomes. Delivery Oversight: Oversee end-to-end project/service delivery, ensuring alignment with SLAs, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.

Work closely with delivery teams to manage scope, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and issue resolution. Monitor project health through metrics and ensure corrective actions are taken when needed. Sales & Business Development: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Collaborate with sales/pre-sales teams to drive new business, create proposals, and respond to RFPs/RFIs. Lead client presentations and solution discussions, showcasing delivery expertise and service value. Account Management: Own P&L responsibility for assigned accounts or engagements.

Ensure revenue growth and margin improvement by effectively managing commercials and delivery performance. Track and report on engagement KPIs, including customer satisfaction, revenue, and profitability. Collaboration & Leadership: Coordinate with internal teams (delivery, operations, finance, HR) to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Mentor and guide junior team members or project managers within your accounts. Champion continuous improvement, client feedback, and innovation across engagements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus). 8+ years of experience in IT/Business services with combined exposure to delivery and sales functions.

Proven track record of managing large-scale service delivery engagements in a client-facing role. Strong understanding of IT services, project management practices, and client account strategies. Ability to drive conversations with CXOs, present value propositions, and negotiate contracts/deals.

Experience in solutioning, pricing, and deal structuring for services engagements. Strong commercial acumen, including P&L management and contract governance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Knowledge of agile delivery methodologies and digital transformation initiatives is a plus. Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
