This SME niche manufacturing company is looking to recruit a Commercial Director for their Bristol operation. The company manufactures bespoke engineered products for clients internationally and needs to bring a professional in that has the following background:
- Either an experienced Commercial or Operations “Leader” that has experience of working for SME engineering manufacturing companies
- Someone that is hands on and can drive this business forwards in terms of growth
- SME manufacturing company P&L experience
- A professional that can drive this business with positive energy and lead on the strategy, developing the culture and enhancing the company’s processes and procedures
- An engineering background through qualification prior to commencing your professional career is preferred
