Commercial Account Manager PCS - Scotland

Overview

In this role you will develop strategic account plans for a defined UK healthcare portfolio, driving revenue growth and expanding the installed base. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and manage opportunities across the Patient Care Solutions portfolio. As the primary commercial contact, you’ll build relationships with clinical, operational, procurement and executive stakeholders to position GE HealthCare as a trusted long-term partner.

You will work in the field, maintain accurate CRM records, and influence outcomes through disciplined sales processes.

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth across assigned accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical, procurement, operational and executive stakeholders
• Identify, qualify and progress sales opportunities across the Patient Care Solutions portfolio
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and maximise win rates
• Support tender submissions, procurement activities and contract implementation
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and CRM records using Heartbeat and SFDC
• Spend significant time in the field, engaging directly with customers and identifying opportunities for growth

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven success in medical device, healthcare technology, healthcare services or related commercial roles
• Experience working with NHS and healthcare organisations in the UK
• Strong relationship-building, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve commercial targets and manage complex sales opportunities
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the territory
