Collections Manager

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Collection Manager to lead our receivables and recovery function, ensuring timely collections, strong team performance, and improved cash flow efficiency. Experience: 6 to 10 Years Qualification: B.Com / M.Com (MBA preferred) Roles & Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end payment collections Ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues Monitor receivables, ageing, and overdue accounts Lead and guide the collection team for performance Coordinate with Sales & Accounts for reconciliation Conduct regular review meetings with internal teams Drive initiatives to improve collection efficiency and reduce overdue Key Skills: Collections & Receivables Management Team Handling & Leadership Excel, Tally, SAP GST & Banking Knowledge Strong communication & follow-up skills
