Job Description
We are looking for a Collab Manager in Buenos Aires to run awareness and conversion UGC campaigns with brands across LATAM. You will report to Operations and work closely with enterprise brands and the Collabify team.
What you will do
- Scout and select creators aligned with briefs and campaign goals
- End-to-end UGC campaign operations: kickoff, follow-up, deliverables, and close-out
- Create and refine clear briefs for creators (awareness and performance)
- Direct creator contact: applications, invites, follow-ups, and blocker resolution
- Results reporting to the brand: progress, learnings, deliverables, and recommendations
What we look for
- Experience operating UGC, influencer marketing, or creator marketing campaigns
- Experience with awareness and conversion campaigns (Meta, TikTok, paid social)
- Ability to write actionable briefs and give useful feedback to creators
- Clear communication in Spanish; English is a plus
- Strong organization and results orientation in a startup environment
