CNC Machine Operator $19-$25/hr Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce high-quality components.

Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.

Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and safety standards. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Essential Skills Machine operation Mill operation CNC machining Machining processes Machine operating Lathe operation G-code programming Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in CNC machining preferred. 2 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

Familiarity with quality control standards and inspection techniques. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Why Work Here?

Work Environment This position is located in a machine shop where it can be noisy, and you may get dirty from oils and machine operations.

We have both 1st and 2nd shift available: The first shift operates from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM, while the second shift runs Monday to Thursday, 5 PM to 5 AM, with initial training on the first shift for 1-2 months. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
