(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Assistant (CNA) - C.N.A | Certified Nursing Assistants - 4 week assignment Location: New Underwood, SD Facility: Skilled Nursing Facility Length: 4 weeks or longer (50-60hs|wk) Shift: Mostly 6a-2p with some 6a-6p Pay Rate: $14|hr (local) or $17|hr if (over 50 miles away) No housing provided, please do your research Job Summary This position helps residents by supporting personal hygiene and daily living needs; providing comfort, transportation and vital sign monitoring. Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Provides resident centered personal care including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing|undressing, obtaining vital signs, psychosocial support and other personal cares. • Assists residents with meals and snacks, provides water and supplements as appropriate. • Provides a positive dining experience. • Assists residents in transferring, repositioning and walking using correct and appropriate transfer techniques and equipment; • provides range of motion and passive exercise. • Documents resident cares and behaviors according to Society policy, procedure and regulations • Handles and disposes of linens, soiled clothing or supplies properly; follows consistent hand washing and Personal Protective Equipment use. Basic Responsibilities: This position will be held accountable for complying with all related laws, regulations, company policies and procedures pertaining to his or her position and for fulfilling his or her obligations under the Society's Corporate Compliance Program.

Qualifications |Education Experience • C.N.A - Licensure Certification • 1 year of experience in Skilled Nursing, Long term care • Skills|Abilities: Ability to communicate and comprehend; ability to perform assigned tasks and meet requirements for in-services, training and meeting attendance; must be able to use the electronic medical record for documentation. REQUIREMENTS • CA- C.N.A- license in good standing • Recent experience in acute care|sub acute|Long-term a plus • BLS - Current • 2- Current references (RN's) • Current - Physical (within-12 months) • Current - PPD (within- 12 months) • Titers|Vaccination- MMR|Varicella|Hep B • Tdap and Flu vaccine - current or decline • Must be able to pass a back ground screening|urine drug testing Forward your resume to this posting
