Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of experience in CSR Fundraising and Government Liaising. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) fundraising initiatives Build and maintain relationships with government bodies and officials Oversee cluster-level operations and team management Develop and execute fundraising strategies Ensure compliance with CSR regulations and government policies Prepare reports and documentation for stakeholders Requirements: 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in CSR fundraising and government liaising Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record in fundraising and stakeholder management Knowledge of CSR policies and government regulations Leadership and team management experience Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate
