Cloud Security Engineer at Tigera

Join Tigera as a Cloud Security Engineer and help secure Kubernetes environments from our Vancouver office. Lead initiatives in vulnerability management, threat modeling, and secure code practices. In this role, you'll drive cloud security across Tigera's Calico offerings while implementing industry best practices.

Collaborating closely with engineering teams, you will ensure the security of our applications and infrastructure through automation and developer enablement. Your contributions will enhance compliance and scalability in security operations. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee vulnerability management and remediation efforts • Participate in security design reviews across product lines • Ensure secure coding standards are met company-wide • Build security tooling and validate security patches • Engage with the Security Incident Response Team Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of hands-on security engineering experience • Significant experience in vulnerability management and threat modeling • Proficiency in penetration testing methodologies • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and major cloud services • Proficient in Python, Go, or similar languages Leverage your cloud security expertise to enhance Tigera's security posture and influence our growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
