Clinical Nurse Manager

Overview Clinical Nurse Manager role at TieTalent. This is a full-time position based at Brook View care home, Fazakerley, Liverpool. Contract type: Full Time.

Rate: Up to £55,620 DOE. Responsibilities Lead a team of care and nursing colleagues to ensure peoples' medical, physical, emotional and safeguarding needs are met Provide strong leadership to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement Oversee and manage all clinical elements and risks Ensure compliance with the clinical governance framework, regulatory requirements and CQC standards Supervise the Nursing Team to ensure care plans and risk assessments are completed and reviewed in a timely manner and reflect appropriate interventions About You / Qualifications First-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN Minimum of three years post-registration experience and management or supervisory experience, training or qualification Thorough understanding of nursing care best practice Excellent range of clinical and digital skills Enthusiasm for encouraging and motivating others Proactive approach with the ability to work on your own initiative Great communication skills As this is a leadership role, you should have experience in leadership or supervisory settings.
