Clinical Homecare Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated NMC registered nurse in the Leicester area to join our healthcare team. The Clinical Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care and administering a range of medications. This role needs a compassionate individual who has excellent communication skills and is committed to putting the patient first.

Responsibilities Perform patient observations and ensure that any patient is fit to proceed with their treatment Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers Monitor patient vital signs during treatment and report any changes to the medical team Provide compassionate support to the patient and family Educate patients and their families to promote understanding and independence Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure confidentiality of patient information Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams ensuring that patient safety is paramount Qualifications and Requirements Current NMC registration is essential Experience of administering S/C, IM or IV medications SACT experience is desirable Valid UK full driving licence Willingness to work autonomously #J-18808-Ljbffr
