Company Description Manaha Clinic is a Mind & Neuro Center based in Kokapet, Hyderabad, providing integrated care for mental health and neurological conditions across all age groups. The clinic brings together psychiatrists, psychologists, neurologists, and wellness professionals to offer evidence-based, compassionate, and holistic care. Manaha Clinic supports patients with concerns such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, dementia, Parkinson’s disease, migraine, sleep issues, addiction-related concerns, and other emotional or neurological conditions.

Role Description Manaha Clinic is looking for a Clinical Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad. This position is suitable for B.Pharm, Pharm.D, or M.Pharm graduates with a valid PCI license who have strong communication skills, a patient-friendly approach, and an interest in clinical care, mental health, neurology, medication counseling, and research. The role involves supporting patient check-ins, recording vitals, entering clinical data, assisting with medication-related coordination, and following up with existing patients.

The candidate will help patients understand medication instructions as prescribed by the doctor, support adherence, and assist in identifying and documenting side effects or adverse drug reactions. The role also offers exposure to clinical research, medication outcome tracking, ADR reporting, audits, and publication-oriented work such as case reports, observational studies, and medication-related research papers under clinical supervision. Work Timings: Full-time, on-site role; 6 days a week.

Timings may be based on clinic requirements and discussed during the interview. Salary Range: ₹1.8LPA-3LPA, depending on qualification, communication skills, clinical exposure, and relevant experience. Key Responsibilities * Check in patients and assist with smooth clinic flow. * Record vitals such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, and other relevant parameters. * Enter patient data, vitals, medication details, and follow-up notes accurately. * Support doctors and clinical teams with patient coordination. * Explain medication instructions to patients as prescribed, including dosage, timing, adherence, precautions, and possible side effects. * Follow up with existing patients regarding medication adherence, review visits, and clinical progress. * Identify, document, and escalate suspected adverse drug reactions or side effects to the treating doctor. * Assist in ADR reporting, medication audits, prescription pattern studies, and patient outcome tracking. * Support research activities including data collection, literature review, case reports, observational studies, and publication preparation. * Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a compassionate approach with patients and families.

Qualifications * B.Pharm, Pharm.D, or M.Pharm from a recognized institution with a valid PCI license. * Excellent communication skills in English; Telugu and/or Hindi preferred. * Strong interest in clinical pharmacy, psychiatry, neurology, patient care, and medication counseling. * Basic knowledge of pharmacology, prescription handling, medication adherence, side effects, and ADR documentation. * Good documentation, data entry, and computer skills. * Interest in clinical research, audits, publications, and evidence-based practice. * Empathetic, detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable working in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment. Preferred Candidate This role is ideal for pharmacy graduates who want practical exposure to patient care, medication counseling, mental health and neurology practice, ADR monitoring, and research publications in a structured clinical setting.
