Position Summary On behalf of our client, TEEMA is recruiting for an experienced Clinical Business Analyst with deep expertise in surgical workflows, clinical informatics, and healthcare technology transformation. This role will support the standardization of surgical documentation, workflows, and clinical practices as part of a large-scale Clinical Information System (CIS) implementation. The successful candidate will collaborate with clinicians, operational leaders, and project teams to gather requirements, design future-state workflows, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and support the successful implementation and adoption of new clinical standards and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering, workflow analysis, gap assessments, and business process documentation for surgical services and related clinical operations Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder engagement sessions with physicians, nurses, and other clinical subject matter experts to define and standardize clinical practices Design and support the development of standardized surgical documentation, order sets, templates, and clinical workflows within the CIS environment Support end-to-end CIS implementation activities including solution design, configuration support, testing, validation, training, go-live support, and user adoption Develop and maintain detailed process maps, use cases, workflow documentation, training materials, and implementation artifacts to support clinical standardization initiatives Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of surgical clinical education and experience Minimum 5 years of experience as a Clinical Business Analyst, Clinical Informatics Analyst, or similar role supporting surgical requirements gathering, workflow analysis, workshop facilitation, and business process design Minimum 5 years of experience working within acute-care healthcare environments and Health Information Systems (EHR/CIS) supporting surgical operations Minimum 3 years of experience supporting large-scale healthcare technology, EHR, or CIS implementation projects with direct involvement in surgery-related workflows and clinical operations. Proven ability to lead stakeholder workshops and collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, perioperative teams, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to drive clinical transformation initiatives
