Clinic Manager
Location: Hyderabad | Experience: 2+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle appointments, patient flow, doctor schedules, calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Lead and supervise front-office and clinic staff.
- Drive sales, lead conversions, revenue, and monthly targets.
- Monitor clinic performance, collections, and patient satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports and coordinate with management for business growth.
- Ensure adherence to clinic SOPs and service standards.
Requirements :
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in clinic/centre management, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, dermatology, or wellness.
- Strong experience in sales, lead conversion, revenue generation, and team handling.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/appointment management systems.
