Location: Hyderabad | Experience: 2+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Handle appointments, patient flow, doctor schedules, calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Lead and supervise front-office and clinic staff.
• Drive sales, lead conversions, revenue, and monthly targets.
• Monitor clinic performance, collections, and patient satisfaction.
• Prepare regular reports and coordinate with management for business growth.
• Ensure adherence to clinic SOPs and service standards.

Requirements :

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in clinic/centre management, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, dermatology, or wellness.
• Strong experience in sales, lead conversion, revenue generation, and team handling.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/appointment management systems.
