Job Title : Clinic Manager Job Location: Staples, MN Job Classification: Dual Role - Clinic Manager & Practicing Therapist/Therapist Assistant Schedule: This position will be performed alongside the daily responsibilities of a practicing Therapist or Therapist Assistant at the Staples clinic. Requirements Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Therapy or Therapy Assistant program. They must have, or be eligible for, licensing in Minnesota.

Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting Strong understanding of clinical operations across multiple service lines (LTC, Home Health, Inpatient, Outpatient) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in person
