We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Success Executives to join our growing US Healthcare Credentialing & Provider Enrollment team. This is a 100% client-facing role responsible for ensuring an exceptional client experience from onboarding through the credentialing and provider enrollment process. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, ensuring seamless onboarding, proactive communication, timely updates, and successful completion of provider enrollment activities.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong ownership, and the ability to handle escalations with professionalism. Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding Lead the complete onboarding process for new healthcare providers and practices. Ensure all required onboarding documents and information are collected accurately and on time.
Conduct onboarding calls to explain the credentialing and provider enrollment process, timelines, and client responsibilities. Client Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout the credentialing journey. Build strong relationships by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining regular communication.
Keep clients informed about the progress of their applications through proactive follow-ups and status updates. Ensure every client clearly understands the current stage of their credentialing and enrollment process. Provider Enrollment Support Guide providers in creating and accessing various payer and industry portals required for enrollment, including but not limited to: CAQH NPPES (NPI) PECOS Availity One Healthcare ID (Optum) Medicare & Medicaid Portals State Medicaid Portals Commercial Insurance Portals Assist clients in resolving login issues, password resets, multi-factor authentication, and account access problems.
Client Communication Schedule and conduct regular client meetings and progress calls. Respond promptly to client emails, calls, and messages. Ensure all client communications are documented accurately within the CRM.
Escalation Management Handle client concerns and escalations professionally and efficiently. Coordinate with Operations, Credentialing Specialists, and Leadership to resolve issues promptly. Maintain a positive client experience even during challenging situations.
Internal Coordination Work closely with Credentialing Specialists, Enrollment Teams, Licensing Teams, and Sales to ensure smooth workflow. Coordinate with internal teams to gather updates and communicate them effectively to clients. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate client records, onboarding documentation, and communication history.
Track onboarding milestones and client satisfaction metrics. Prepare reports on onboarding progress, pending actions, and escalated cases. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve onboarding workflows and client communication.
Contribute ideas that enhance operational efficiency and overall client satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in US Healthcare Credentialing, Provider Enrollment, Medical Billing, RCM, or Client Success.
Strong understanding of Commercial and Government payer enrollment processes. Experience working with provider portals such as CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, Availity, and insurance payer portals. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach. Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Skills Experience working with US healthcare providers.
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance credentialing. Experience handling client escalations. Ability to build long-term client relationships.
Strong attention to detail. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
