Qualifications

• Strong client-facing skills, including Client Services and Client Relations, with experience managing multiple accounts and projects.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas, negotiate, and coordinate across internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in event management, marketing, or related industries, preferably handling corporate events, brand activations, or large-scale programs.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced, dynamic project environments.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency in basic office and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, presentations, spreadsheets); exposure to project management or CRM tools is an advantage.
• Immediate Joiners Needed

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

•⁠ ⁠Understand client requirements and translate them into clear internal briefs.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with Creative, Production, Operations, and Vendor teams to ensure smooth execution.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare presentations, proposals, timelines, and project documentation.

•⁠ ⁠Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.

•⁠ ⁠Attend client meetings, site visits, and event executions as required.
