The Role: Delivery Recruitment Consultant.

You will:

• Partner with existing clients in the IT market
• Deliver high-quality candidates against live roles
• Manage candidates end-to-end through interview and offer stages
• Maintain pace, accuracy, and communication throughout the process

This is a fast-moving, performance-led role where consistency and execution matter.

Training & Commercial Development

No recruitment experience required.

You’ll receive structured training focused on:

• Candidate management and market mapping
• Interview preparation and offer management
• Commercial awareness around fees, timelines, and delivery metrics
• Operating at pace while maintaining quality

Who This Suits

• 2+ years’ experience in client services, customer success, customer support, client retention or similar
• Strong organisation, communication, and follow-through
• Comfortable working to deadlines and targets
• Motivated by performance‑based rewards
• Able to work office-based in Dublin city centre, Monday to Friday
• EU passport or Stamp 4 visa
